Torque difference-Simolink

mmtkaya Posts: 24 Rating: (0)	Hi All I have two same motors which rotate chain system.Normally these two motors had run with simolink but after some problem (according to production guys) I have changed setpoint parameter P443 to K3002 instead of K7001.Now two motor mastedrives take same speed setpoint from PLC by usnig profibus. Why I made this changing? Because for these two motors speed value ,also torque and current values was getting change fromeach other somehow (may be mechanical problems?) We had to change P444 value to see same speed value (but current and torque values are still different).You can find old parameter sets for each motors below. I have to find solution to get approximetely same torque and current value from drives as a old times. When we try two motors without any load on chain system , we can see about same speed ,torque and currenat values from scada..We have htl encoders on ac motors to take speed feedback only.There is no additional encoder on chain system. Could you please send suggestions to solve this problem?

Do I understand correctly . . . now that the motors are running via Profibus instead of Simolink that everything is ok? If this is true, then I would check the Simolink cards, fibres and connections etc (over time, they can degrade) Are you running a Master/Slave configuration? Regards, Graeme

In my experience I believe that there is some mechanical problem on chain system (we are producing bopet packaging film) but i have to prove this. What can I do? Because if with no load the values are the same, you are right might be a mechanical "problem" there. And using a "problem" isn't a right word there if working correctly even with different torque actual values. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev
