Hi,
I saw strange things on one of the machines in Z axis if you use move by Var for example at 0,001mm (1 on MCP) you can see on external indicator movement at 0,03 but after 1-2 seconds machine go back to good position. That’s look like some overshoot. But second time if push plus or minus everything is ok. This occurs onlywhen we changing direction.
And the same thing is when you move by 0,01mm (10 on MCP) indicator show 0,03-0,04mm movment and go back to right postion.

I check this with Servo Trace and on linear measured system that is distance coded and I don't see such big deviation....

I also was thinking about that but why I don't see this in ServoTrace? And even in Circularity test I don't see nothing wrong.
