Just found it - http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/50204938?Datakey=47071380 Is that means Siemens "went" to the Codesys's community? Best regards, Hristo Mihalev |

No it doesn't dear UMENCHO Siemens has (tried to)be IEC 61131-3 compliant ever since Step 7 came to life (onced could even argue that Step 5 was IEC 61131-3 compliant before the Standard existed) and below are a few selected examples: IEC 61131-3 and SIMATIC S7 What are the options for converting programs and sources from S7-SCL to ST (Structured Text) for the Rockwell Software in accordance with IEC 61131-3? S7-GRAPH V5.1 Now Certified in Accordance with IEC 61131-3 and PLCopen Base Level P.S: Step 7 Microwin even had a tickmark in the Options to enfoce usage of IEC (6)1131-3 compliant commands, so IEC (6)1131-3 complianceis nothing new at all for Siemens and has nothing to do with Codesys. |
