I have a redundant PCS7 V6.1 SP1 server and CAS with storage plus V1.1 SP1. The complete system is working well but I have following problem.

I was checking the Attach and detach function on the CAS and it was working fine. The Problem is there is an option in the Administration console under system configuration in the archive tab where you can go back to the previous configuration or backup a configuration.

I selected the backup configuration option and selected a configuration file which was save on my pc by someone who actually configured the CAS (file extension .bak). The Configuration that I selected, I found out later, was old as when I looked at the catalogues it displayed two file from 2009 and there was no files from 2010 and 2011 in the catalogue. I then tried to attach the 2010 and 2011 database as they were still in the folder storage plus\database. The file copy window appeared but later i got the message file already exist in the folder.

I then removed all the 2010 and 2011 database files from the database folder and saved them in a new folder at a different location in my pc. After this I tried to attach the file, this time I did not get the message "file already exist" but after the copy window I got the message attach failed.

Can anybody please help me out, how would I add my 2010 and 2011 file in the catalogue so they can be attached.

Is there any way I can open the .bak file and add all my databases as you can not add the database which are not in the catalogue list.
