Communication problem between CPU-313 and Hilscher NT-50

Ali Asgar Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Dear Experts, My system has following configuration : 1. CPU-313C-2DP as profibus master 2. Hilscher NT-50 as profibus slave 3. Communication of NT-50 with CPU-313C-2DP through profibus. I have added .GSD file in Step 7 for adding hardware module NT-50 in Step 7. Now when i try to communicate between NT-50 and CPU 313C-2DP I get bus fault and system fault on CPU. Kindly help me to communicate these devices. Are there any SFBs for this specific task Regards Ali

Ali Asgar Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	Dear All, I have *.gsd file for NT-50 Hilscher protocol converter. Now i want to communicate between Siemens S7-300 PLC and modbus device through NT-50 converter. I have installed this GSD file in Simatic Step7 hardware configuration and with zero compilation error. When this hardware configuration is downloaded to plc, i get System Fault and Bus Fault in plc. My Configuration is shown below ===== ============= ============= Modbus modbus profibus DP device\|---------------------------> Hilscher converter-----------------------------------------------> s7-300 PLC ===== =========== ============= I want the solution urgently so i request all the experts to kindly comment and bring out solution.
