Does the 1FT7 series motor displays in HMI adavanced? while configuring...normally this will not get showed....you need to do it as NON-Siemens Motor and configure..... Any body have tried using this motor 1FT7....or any new HMI advanced release is present? If somebody have come acrossed pls share the infromation.... Regards, Ekalavya

Possible configuration using STARTER or DRIVE ES Software ,If a interfes Drive-Cliq in the NCU engine type decide automatically,see SINUMERIK840 SL for HMI Advanced,or SINUMERIK828,or SINUMERIK802 SL. To select just the type of Motor and 1FT7XXX

Not able to see this informations in Sinamics S120 connected with 840DSL too.... there is posssibility to connect 1FT7 Series motor to get connected with *40D powerline too... If any version of HMI advanced is there? for connecting 1FT7 Series motor.... Regards, Ekalavya

If you really need it,I can transfer this HMI version to you,but at first,I need to know your email or MSN,because the HMI software is a big size file about 1G.And then you can open it to anyone who want it.
