840d bad surface with steps

Slavik Posts: 11 Rating: (0)	Hello.... I have turning machine 840d with two channels . There is some interesting trouble. when I try doing surface with angle 7 degree it makes bad surface with first step length 50mm and depth 1mm. the other steps almost Ok for our manufacturing. And the most interesting things when I changed MD36000(STOP_LIMIT_COARSE) and MD36010(STOP_LIMIT_FINE) (changed at both directions). First component(part) has perfect surface and the other have the same situation. What Could it bee. thanks a loot of.

Also what is the history of the problem. Is it a new component or was it all working fine and suddenly you now have an error ? Pee
