Hello, The quantities used in the closed-loop control for a winder with Masterdrives are per unit quantities. This means, that all of the quantities signaled/entered into the winder application via the interface must first be normalized by the “sender”. Therefore you first need to define the normalization of your diameter in LU (Length Units). Here it may be 1200 LU for maximum diameter and 610 LU for minimum diameter. Now you need to know, that for the case actual diameter = minimum diameter KK0555 is 100%. You now need to check the speed normalization P353. Your winder gets the line speed actual value as input and for a value of 100%=???m/min you must now calculate, what is the winder motor speed at minimum diameter to have the same velocity as your line. This value has to be put in P353. As I don't know what is your 100% speed, I can not calculate your P353. Some more information you may found in the attached documentation.Attachmentwickler_masterdrives_e.pdf (769 Downloads) |
