I have a prolem: During operating NKC was reset and then all the datas and program were lost.At the same time ,the machine gave an error.the information was given: GUD variable does not exits or array dimension too small: _F_SUB_CUT_. and number of alarm is 112542. Those are all the information i can provide .I am looking forward to your help so much.I know this is a mistake of a user because they did not read a enclosing construction carefully. Moreover that is a new machinery they can not settle a break-down without a help of provider. We are looking forward to helping and co-operating from you! Sincerely....}

As you say NC data is corrupted and i have to reload th NC archives .But actually this is a kind of machine with advanced technology and it is really hard for me to treat .Now the problem is "can you show me the way to reload NC?" this machine does not have gate RS232 but gate of USB

teal854t Posts: 5 Rating: (2)	What kind of machine is it. We have DMG cnc lathe with 840d control and I have instruction on how to reload the NC. Our machine has hardrive in it and don't need any cable, just do it from the screen.
