Help with Serial communication

Miguel Calacich Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Good day, by now I'm working with S7 and the hardware IM151-7 CPU FO (profibus), one PM-E ST DC24V and one 1SI 3964/ASCII (serial port). I need to communicate the PLC with one Printer, but I'm not so sure which output ports to use, first of all I want to test with the hyperterminal to know if I've communication, can someone help me or give me advice? thank you.

Miguel Calacich Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Does anybody knows how to make some test for recieving data from the printer to the PLC because I can print now, but I need one signal from the presence sensor of the printer but I can not recieve anything just the signal when the printer is starting up and turning off. Some advices? Examples? Thank you so much for your time,
