IS there any command to OFF the REPOS till program ends.

Pls. try PLC bit repos off /reset contineously.

DB11.DBX1.1 to "0"

honestly I have not tried.

I would look to why it is running and is it actually causing a problem or just creating more button presses. It sounds as though it happens in a tool change cycle. Is the program being interrupted or possibly a plc axis move is taking place. If in single block do you need to have your user cycle in single block?. i.e. use SBLOF to allow the cycle to continue in auto. Pee

Milling head axis is “C”, it is rotated by setpoint exchange the spindle motor. 1] C axis declamp 2] C axis moves to zero position 3] C axis clamp ( Here c axis value changes to 0.6 Degree while clamping) 4] W, Y, X axis moves in position. 5] W axis moves to drop the head ,inside the rack 6] Head declamp 7] W axis comes out.( here is the problem, When head is removed from the ram,encoder connector is removed at the same time, so C axis goes to REOPSA for 0.6 degree, But axis is not found in the machine, Axis enable missing alarm appears) So for that I need to Cut the REPOSA in program.

But this reposA is occuring when i dis- engage the head (Disabling the Measuring circuit ).
