I am facing problem with a KTP 400 touch screen (code: 6AV6 647-0AA11-3AX0).

The calibration of the screen is lost all buttons are shifted up and we can’t even access the OP menu to recalibrate the screen.

Please I need a solution to fix this problem as soon as possible because the screen is operating on site and a lot the machine functions are depending on it.

This is not the first time we face this problem with Siemens screens and we have faced other problems and defections in these screens and TP 177 screens, and the result was a lost for our company, either by the customer unsatisfaction or by the fact that we had to pay the price of another screen.

I hope that it is not the case.
