840C (error 165005 during genral reset )

saving Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	Dear sir's i have a turning machine with system control 840c,i forgat to change the battery and all of data lost i have sevral version backup of machine.at this time when i do the genral reset and transfer the TEA1 the alarm 165005 appear on monitor when i do the genral reset completly(transfer tea1,tea2,tea3 ,plc program and ..)machine is work . wheni want to move Xit is moving but with vibration. i transfer all of version of our backup and on harddisk but i have problme. please tel me how can find the problme a.jami

saving Posts: 21 Rating: (0)	rageshwari Plz check drive drift.& check whether Gear box ratio parameters are correct. dear rageshwari the drive is digital and my machine in x axes dosnot gear box. and machine worked but is off for long time (2 years) at this time when i turn on it all off data lose and i have genral rest without any error. and i change the md1407 from 7 t0 1.7 but machine when mov in x axes with vibration. Plz tell me how can change the drive drift? beast regard,s a.jami

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello.... Does your X axis is equipped with Linear Scale??? Try disconnecting this and check??? Most of the time....if scale is having a problem machine vibrates..... Check this.... Regards, Prakash
