At the end of NC block passes the next NC block and the program continues without the alarm, while the axis has not reached position. Sinumerik 840D NCU 571.5 Powerline

We have changing all material (NCU, Amplifier Simodrive 611D, Motor) and checking parameter and software. Note: a same machine works with these parameters and software.

For Example: N10 G53 G00 X0 Y0 Z0 N20 G00 Z-100 N30 G00 Z-100 N20 Z-axis moves physically and suddenly stops before arriving at its position. when the axis stops physically (for example Z-40), on the display, the Z axis continues to move to the programmed position. N30 is normally done after Note: this problem is also Y and X axis, these axis have 2 mesuring system EnDat. the first mesuring system is the encoder on motor and the second is a linear mesuring system coupled directly. In PLC, the second system is selected.

A tool clamp fault signal triggered a cancel move command and the system changes to a simulation mode until the end of the block. If you try to continue after the block the machine moves in a straight line to the correct position and hits the component. The problem is the plc programmer. Pee

DBX1.3 == 1 (axis- / spindle disable). The traversing request is maintained. If the axis disable is cancelled when a traversing request is pending DB31, ... DBX1.3 = 0 the movement is carried out.
