nandgate Posts: 319 Rating: (9)	Dear Experts, I have a S7300 PLc (CPU 313c 2DP) which is a profibus master to ET200S Module (IM 151 Standard) (Part no. 6ES7151-1AA05-0AB0). There is no system or bus fault in the PLC as well as the ET Module. But the PM module of the ET 200 Rack does not power up, the SF Led Lights up and the SMPS which is providing power to the PM Module blinks very fast. The wiring is done as per the manual. According to me, I think the PM module is healthy. I assumed you didn't touch in the rack before the probelm occured. So, disconnect all the modules from the fields which are supplied with that PM. Most probably in one of the SMs has a problem (short circuit...). If you have a spare PM, try it when the SMs are not connected. Best regards, Hristo Mihalev

Did you change the counter module without to "touch" the input cables or did you find short circuit in cables? Just to understand the reason and what did you mean with 'defective'?
