PCS7-H Both CPUs in STOP !!

Recently customer wanted some changes in the system control requirements. When we compiled and downloaded the new software to the PCS7-H, Both the CPUs went to stop, disrupting the process. How can we avoid both the H CPUs going to stop, when downloading modified software / hardware configuration ? Thanks Navnag
