Hello, Is it new comissioning machine? . Have you checked the X axis encoder cable with Other running motor , to conform that the Cable/encoder faulty, or parameters to be checked.

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello... I would suspect problem could be in any one of the both encoder / SMI 20.... can you remove the encoder cover back side after thatjust open the cap of the encoder you will find the small cable remove this and replug it back and check Regards, Prakash
