802S - Exact stop not reached

hookipa Posts: 67 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a 802S with stepper motor without encoders. All work fine in JOG mod but in AUTO, the CN run the first G00 or G01 instruction and stop with an exact stop not reached error.I tried to change MD36000 and 36010 but I still have the error. Spindle is not setup but disabled (MD30130=0). Does anyone have an idea to help me ?

hookipa Posts: 67 Rating: (0)	I update my G-CODE like this: N10 G90 G64 F4000 N20 G01 X100 N30 X0 N40 Y-10 N50 X100 N60 X0 N70 Y0 N80 M2 Now it works but I still have Wait : exact stop reached at the end of the process (in N80 a suppose)

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello.... This is a new machine under commissioning ???? does your PLC interface signals are handled properly???? try using STOPRE on your N80 block and check.....have you tried using G0 and checked? Regards, Prakash

hookipa Posts: 67 Rating: (0)	Hello Ekalavya, yes this is a new machine I am comissioning. I started with the sample_mill program, I just change inputs of limits and emergency stop. All works fine in jog mode without error.I tried to use g0 insted of g01 but I have the same issue. I replaced M2 by STOPRE but I still have wait : exact stop reached. Regards, Patrice
