Well the best way is to synchronize date time PLC with OP and once you press some input then you can set one particular bit in PLC which will trigger date time read function of PLC. Until and unless i press another unput to reset it.So that i can know when exactly that input was press.

You can see this message in a message view with all the information of the message, for example the time. The time if you click the button, is the time in the message. You can archiv this messages.
