Hello; The cable you mention is a PC-PPI cable for the S7-200 series of PLCs (as long as the ârt number starts with 6ES7- ): https://eb.automation.siemens.com/goos/catalog/Pages/SearchResult.aspx?search=65ES7%20901-3BF21-0XA0&exact=n Which side has been chopped off? The RS-232 side (the longest lead) or the RS-485 side (the short lead, next to the converter box?
