HelloRAJKIRAN, No, you can't manage I/O redundancy in a single module.
If you mean the software redundancy package (warm standby) then again it's not possible. I/O redundancy is only available with H-System. If you mean developing a software solution then I believe it is still not going to work. You can write a simple code to split the analog output value into 2 equal values like what the REDIO blocks do for you but what channel error will you be able to catch in order to produce a the complete value from the healthy channel?. In analog outputs it's always a module redundancy concept. I mean channel errors are kind of negligible and the REDIO concept is depending on module failure. Best regards. H-H |
