Still you can use STEP 7 Basic v11 in Windows 7 32-bit OS (Home Premium/ Professional /Enterprise / Ultimate)

And if I understood the text, it should even include Sinamics StartDrive and Step 7 Safety... So we could guess it's only a matter of days for the Professional version (the one supposed to be available according to this article), and maybe a matter of weeks for the Basic version. Regards
