Hello SMS,
Thank you very much for your reply. The gear stage selection logic & display is ok. PLC logic for the same is also ok. My question is when no any external encoder feedback is connected to system, then how on HMI screen spindle RPM is displayed? Also please find attached here with data back- up file for your ready reference.

.......When External Encoder is not Connected. The RPM in the Screen will display the Setpoint RPM according to the Percentage of Spindle Speed. For Eg: If you program 100 RPM and speed overide is 120% , then in the Display you can find 120RPM.
