Normally you should search for help at your gateway's manufacturers site. Also you must be sure you are using correct GSD file.

But it should be ok with addressing (up to 128), but anyway try to change address and also speed to 187.5 kbps.

Could you explain whats is right method to monitor the data register PIW in simatic beacuse there are thousand of register which i want to monitor on the WinCC with the help of CPU414-3DP.. Only don't forget to choose right license (tag count) for the WinCC.
