Most of the time there is a OB to prevent the CPU going to stop, but remember that is only hiding the fault, it does not solve it. Regards, Marcjan

Jazz_M Posts: 1121 Rating: (86)	Hi Please see this message in diagnostic buffer Event 10 of 120: Event ID 16# 530D Event 15 of 120: Event ID 16# 39B1 This shows some inconsistency in the user program, check your program for error. the event 15 give the information that the input image has an I/O access error. Check you program for error. You can do one thing, try loading the program one by one, for eg. Load the First FC or FB in the OB cycle and download, No error. Then load the second FC or FB and so on. Or the next time the error comes, go to the diagnostic buffer and check the state, then Press help or open block button the compiler will take you the place the error has occured. Have fun....

Jeebs Posts: 218 Rating: (28)	It seems you have DP stations failing. Adress 6 and 10 seemed to have failed, generating IO access error when their IO are being referenced by the PLC. Use OB86 to capture these failures and then start diagnosing the problem. It might be connector failure, profibus cable fault, profibus cable running in the same duct as a poorly shielded servo drive power cable..... The possible causes are endless, but now you do know where to start looking.
