cpu ffrozen

gfbemrah Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	we have a problem with s7 400.sometimes, all of the s7 400 cpu s are frozen reason of ip overlap in the network.after we have to restart all cpus. So production has been stopped and after that a lot of problem has been appeared. Could you help?is there any idea against of frozen?

First you have to look in the Diagnostic buffer why CPU stops and what Error OB is needed to prevent CPU going to stop, download that OB (can be empty). That will give you some air to really solve the problem If you have problems understanding the Diagnostics, you can save i as a file and attach it here for us to evaluate. Regards, Marcjan
