rdundancy fail in 414H

Wishme Posts: 80 Rating: (5)	Dear H-H, U have to do some tests before we can come to the conclusion. I believe from what u mentioned that there is only one synch module failed on Rack-1. Now, to verify that is it synch module that failed?Interchange failed synch modules with themodules in the Rack-0 (which is ok). And see whether there also redundant fault/synch module error exist. If in Rack-0 also same problem occures than definitely problem is with synch module and new synch module should work if "all the synch modules are of same catalog and firmware number." !!! doany exercise with synchmodule in power off condition !!! I hope u would get much clarity. Regards, Vishal JP.
