Wincc Flexible Language conversion problem

Hi Guys, In My application wincc flexbile engineering development was done by chinese guy. That back up contain language version also chinese only.Due to requirement i was added some of the discrete alarm in alarm management.After correction i did transfer my backup in to my hmi Device TP177B 6" colour PN/DP. When i am triggering alarm through logic it was getting displayed in chinese language, but not displaying in English language. In alarm management i declared my alarm everything in english only. This is one problem. Next problem is ,Due to inconvenient i tried to change my project language chinese into English language, but after change what are text fields are available in my whole project it become unknown element.
