As a newbie, I've a first question .

I've a problem ona CNC machine with 840C Windows/Flexos based v05.05/v05.07
While loading a program from theHard Disk ( MMC ) to NCK memory, the application Data managerasks to close .
The MMC is at that point frozen, the only thing we can do is to turn off the machine and restart .

Can someone explain this ? What's the reason of this failure ?
