Tool wear compensation limit

MoonBeam Posts: 41 Rating: (0)	Good morningBoys and Girls, Hope you are all ok. I have one question, hope somebody knows if this is possible. My question is, is it possible to set maximum limit of a tool wear compensation value, that operator can input (for example 0.099mm)? This is in Tool Offsets-> Tool lenght compensation - > Wear. For better understanding what I am talking about,please see photo enclosed. We use Sinumerik 840D with MMC100.2. BR, Moonbeam Attachment IMAG0481.jpg (252 Downloads)

I have checked parameters mentioned in the ShopMill manual and parameters are: MD9200 = 7 MD9201 = 4 MD9202 = 2 MD9203 = 6 MD9204 = 7 ... MD9450 = 0.99mm MD9451 = 0.99mm But I can't see MD9639....
