TerminalBuzz Gold Member Joined: 11/4/2011 Last visit: 1/12/2026 Posts: 256 Rating: (53)	I've just tried to establish such a connection between WinCC-Runtime (PCS 7 v7.1 SP3) and PLCSIM v5.4 (CPU 416-2 DP) via PLCSIM(ISO) protocol. Used PIDConL and ValveMotor blocks. Everything works fine even without S7-connection that is assigned in NetPro for WinCC Application module.

I even got an error during compilation and also couldn't configure/load my Station Configuration Editor. And maybe I chose wrong HW components, so tell me yours and I'll try it again. _{You have this link in PM, too.}
