CBo Gold Member Joined: 4/5/2006 Last visit: 10/3/2025 Posts: 917 Rating: (63)	It's very strange, well, the last one you can do is move OS project outside PC Station, then delete PC Station configurated into your project. Create anew the PC Station and replace OS created into it with OS you saved previusly. You have to setup again the connection in NetPro, recompile all and try to download. If your dummy project worked, this has to work too. Regards

Did you deleted OS under WinCC Application in PC Station, then recreate end restore your OS? and didn't work? At this point, if all above failed, try with 3rd station: archive then retrive project to other one station. I going to think one of your station (Laptop or ES/OS) is wrong installed. Try to understand which one is wrong and reinstall. That will not fix your project, will fix only your demaged station. For your project you'll have to call specialist support or send him your project sorry, Regards

My project was popping some internal error prior opening the project so i reorganised my project with save as. During save as i got error for OS saying all data could not be saved. Did lot of compiling & downloading on one OS but in vain. Got the download error for OS. Finally i had to delete theOS and insert new OS then complied and downloaded in first shot. Now im planning to do this for all my 7no. OS in my multiproject. Hope this might solve your issue. Regards, Sachin

Destination_Pharma Posts: 12 Rating: (0)	Hi NIL96 when you create a Wincc project in PCS7 and you open it locally in the laptop or any any PC. Automatically a file created with .DCF extension in the Winnc project folder. Try this. Retrieve the project on the ES/OS machine. Open the Wincc project locally on the ES/OS machine. You will get a.DCF file. delete this file. then close the Wincc project. Then again open the Wincc project. You will find a new .DCF file. you will also find a .txt file with DCF_Ok. Then try downloading the project on the OS.
