If you are in the commissioning phase of your project I would use RAM's. Once you finish your project you can replace it later with FLASH's. When using RAM's : online modifications are possible at any time (with no STOP of the system). When using FLASH's: you need to make new FLASH's and STOP the system every time! Regards.
