CPU 412-2 will not allow download of different program.

hotrod Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	I have a cpu 412-2 that has a program loaded in it but I want to overide it with a different program which has some variations to the one currently loaded, it gives an error of unable to connect to the object when I try loading the other program in it. It works fine with original program though. ( I'm a rookie at this)

Open HW configuration window and press download then you will get window with a view button. Press that button to view the accessible CPU and select it then download. When you finish downloading HW configuration you will be able to download your blocks. I highly recommend to make an upload 1st and archive the uploaded project before you try downloading your modified project. Best regards. H-H
