ps 407 module information problem

aag_03 Posts: 84 Rating: (2)	Hello all! I have a problem with watching module information for the ps 407 module in onine hw config window. I checked this in two different project, but results were the same - ps 407 looks disabled gray color. Where am I wrong? Thanks for any reply.Regars, Sasha.

aag_03 Posts: 84 Rating: (2)	Great thanks for fast reply :) Unfortunately, I can't make the screenshot of hw config window now, only on Monday, but it seem's that ps 407 discharge the battery very fast, in several weeks after battery replaceing. So.because of it I want to check module information of ps in online. No one faulty leds light on the ps. Why the ps isnt available in hw config online? Regards, Sasha.

Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	PS has no information available online. As for batteries - please ensure you use original batteries. Plus pay attention - they are installed with both batteries plus upwards. Also you can check batteries position key on PS (under front cover).

aag_03 Posts: 84 Rating: (2)	Thank you very much for such helpful information! I 'll check my battery connection and use sfc51. But it is rather strange, why ps doesnt available via module information, because it is connected to common backplane bus in the rack s7-400. Regards, Sasha.
