os runtime error

desouki Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	hi, i have a problem in os runtime after installing the PCS7.1SP2 and run the wincc project, the runtime hanged and talk a long time to run, after removing wincc runtime v7.2 and reinstall again may be work but most of time not working please help me in this problem. Socheck whether ethernet card is installed on that PC or not & if card is installed then drivers for the same should be installed on PC. After that your problem will get solved. Another thing is once run OS Project Editor on your PC.

Dear desouki, To be honest i faced similar problem once like on activating the Runtime "No Header & Footer" Tab available. But i found the Problem with installation. As we know that at end of installation of WinCC part, one dialog Box opens which will ask us to save Registry setting.The Option called "Apply Project Setting" Remember? i was not applying the setting and clicking on Exit without apply. After that i renistall OS again install WinCC and Problem was same again because of my mistake. Then i again try to repair WinCC and this time i selecte on Apply Project setting by mistake and my problem get resolved. So Please make sure that you are not doing the mistake what i did in past. i don't know exact problem in your case but you can cross check those setting has been applied or not. please check and revert back with result. i know it is really frustrating error but i hope you will resolve it for sure.
