Simatic S5 Prommer

nibsy342 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hi folks, Could someone please help out with this issue concerning S5 EPROM/EEPROM modules. I do not possess a field PG, or an external Siemens Prommer, so I am unable to write to EPROM. I only have a standard laptop running Step 5 V7.2 - connected through RS232-TTY. Does anyone know if a generic (USB type?) prommer is available that will write to the Siemens module - without having to fork out too much. Thanks in anticipation for any help. Pete.
