Could someone explain in simple words how to show a filling progress in a tank (or a bar) with any color? e.g : L MW13 + 1 T MW13 If MW13 is the tag ,then , how to show a bar is being filled proportionately (I mean the bar or the Rectangle should show the color being filledfrom bottom to topincrementally / proportionately with the values of MW13) Regards

P_PANDE Posts: 72 Rating: (6)	Dear nbk, In this case u can select the bar display. And remove bar column display and all the other things from the bar properties & just define the tag of bar as MW13. Surely you will get one rectangle with filling property.

nbk Posts: 197 Rating: (3)	Thanks guys. I defined only the tag MW13 for the filling the tank and removed everything else associated with it. Its the first property "Scale" with something like "Maximum value" , "Process Value (or Process Variable") and "Minimum value". I defined only thetag for "Process Value" as MW13. For "Minimum" and "Maximum" , no tags ; only limits for the tank (in my case 0 and 200 as the filling extremes). Strangely, I didn't had to deal with the "Fill" property !!!! ....... But I'm curious to know where this property is accessible in the WinCC Window ...... I'm using WinCC Flex 2008. Thanks P_PANDE, Darius, and Ayman.

In WinCC flexible it is not possible. But In WinCC flexible, you can put a normal bargraph on the graphic of the tank which show the level also.

Actually, before posting the query I had searched it on this forum and invariably everyone was talking about "Fill" and so I spent some time looking for this "Fill" in WinCC Flex ......... But, apparently, WinCC Flex was "Empty" !! But I'm happy I got what I wanted because this forum has a wealth of information, expertise and experience. Thanks Darius,Ayman, Ahmed.
