In they case your question will be transfered to development team and they if find real error will make some updates for that.

I found faulty description of Positive Edge instruction (FDB) for s7-1200 Kind regards, BV Hello BeVee, Instead of support request, the ideal way would be pressing the Suggestion for the entryunder that particular page (where you have identified an err). As they always closely watch the feedback provided this Suggestion for the entry. If they recommend you to open a support request, then you may proceed with that. IMO Support Request is mainly for technical support rather than knowledge management issues.

Coincidentally for this case "Suggestion for the entry" will also solve the purpose.

Here we speak about TIA as a product and it has just its own help system and it should be sent to Siemens support. Not all Siemens users use web and not all of them will find that entry. But all TIA users will see possible wrong information, so it should be sent to developement team. Don't try to find some alternative ways. There are lots of ways, but they are not proper in this case. You can also maybe write email to Siemens sales deprtment and maybe your email will be delivered to the right place or maybe not. So that's why I'm talking about improper ways to tell about this problem. Also don't confse about purpose of Siemens support. They help not only in technical questions. All software related things (help system also) and all software crashes and all other cases related to Siemens product should be supported by official support. Offcourse if those problems are on Siemens side. Don't think that they will ask questions like 'how to do this or that'. If users thinks that some SIemens product might have problems - support request is right place !
