PCS7 Batch Unit Faceplate not showing

Vispute Prashant Posts: 64 Rating: (3)	Hi , I am facing one issue. We have PCS7 6.1 SP1 and Batch 7.1 SP3. Problem : The module functions on batch faceplate areshowing blankon batch client. Only reset module function buttonsare available. We have tried the 1. Restarting of PC 2. AS & OS Compilation. Batch compilations and downloads. 3. WinCC Project update using SaveAs or Duplicate project option from project duplicator on client PC. Cananybody help to come out of this issue? Best Regards,

Best Regards, Hi, Try this, this workaround has helped a colleague of mine with a problem simmilar to yours. 1. Deactivate the OS runtime on clients and close the projecton clients 2. ExecuteReset_WinCC.vbs 3. Make a backup of the client projecton the client directly by making a zip-file of the complete project folder (within the shared folder where the project was loaded into from the ES) 4. Delete the complete client project folder - !!!you have to leave the shared folder in which the project folder is located!!! 5. Check on the ES if the server assignment for clientsare still correct 6. Execute "Generate Server Data" for the OS server project on the ES (right klick on the server OS -> Generate Server Data) 7. Stop the OS runtime on serverand close the WinCC project 8. Make a normalcomplete downloadof the OS project to serverfrom the ES 9. Restart the OS runtime on server 10. Download the OS project of clientsfrom the ES Good luck.

Execute "Generate Server Data" for the OS server project on the ES (right klick on the server OS -> Generate Server Data) ==>> Unfortunately it is standalone OS Station. For batch,two batch clients on both standalone OS Stations. Silent Bob 8. Make a normalcomplete downloadof the OS project to serverfrom the ES 10. Download the OS project of clientsfrom the ES ==>>This feature is not available with the PCS7 6.1 SP1. Silent Bob 9. Restart the OS runtime on server ==>>The ES+OS is having Standalone OS station and Batch Server. Best Regards, --
