Analogue input module 431-1kf00-0ab0

Maico Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Hi All, I am currently trying to connect two 2 wire level sensors to a 431-1kf00-0ab0 analogue input module, problem is I dont know the correct way to connect the sensors, I think that this card is for 4 wire sensors but can be used for 2 wire sensors am I correct? just really need to know what connections I need to use and what I need to do to read the sensors. any help would be apprieciated. Thanks Another question is that in the hardware config file the address for the inputs to this crad are showing as 512 - 527 so if I want to monitor the values of the channels in a variable table what address's would I monitor saying I was using ch0 and ch1

Well the first thing you need is this manual: SIMATIC S7-400 S7-400 Automation System Module Data You would find that you can select either 2- or 4-wire sensors, and that you can select the type of current sensor in the channel parameters of the AI module (in HWConfig).
