pcs7 wincc picture delete

saseryu Experienced Member Joined: 5/17/2007 Last visit: 1/13/2026 Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Hi, i want to add a picture in my project which i designed in WinccV7.0 so i copy the related picture to .../winccproj/SRV1A/Gracs/Picturex and copy the object in the picture which i was created in PCS7 and it work very well. After that idelete the picture in the.../winccproj/SRV1A/Gracs folder but now i have compile error that as if Picturex is open or in use, and i can see the picture name in PCS7, how can i fix that, is there file contains the picture name that i should delete from there maybe. Then delete that picture in SIMATIC Manager. That's all, the project should compile now.

Jazz_M Posts: 1121 Rating: (86)	Hi Well you should never delete the picture which was created from the simatic manager. If you wanna delete the picture then you should use the simatic manager for it. Try locating the "file name". sav in the gracs folder. Even if you delete the picture the sav file will remain. Check that. Have fun...
