MM 440 sometime reduce frequency

Inverter A 440 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	Hi All I'm having a issue regard to MM 440 that sometime frequency of MM440 reduce to minimum Hz (5Hz) and then increase to Hz's working, therefore speed of motor reduce also. and input signal are 0~10V which suppied by output isolator card. JensS Posts: 739 Rating: (55)	there are a few possibilities: - value of set point instable - heavy load - wrong / bad set up of drive P0294 If the current exceeds the threshold for P0294 (inverter I2t overload warning), alarm A0505 (inverter I2t) is generated and the output current of the inverter reduced via P0290 (inverter overload reaction). P0290 P0290 = 0:Reduction of output frequency is only effective if the load is also reduced. This is for example valid for variable torque applications with a quadratic torque characteristic as pumps or fans. A trip will always result, if the action taken does not sufficiently reduce internal temperature. The pulse frequency P1800 is reduced only if higher than 2 kHz. The actual pulse frequency is displayed in parameter r1801.

Tractor Gold Member Joined: 3/27/2008 Last visit: 11/11/2024 Posts: 1146 Rating: (142)	The analogue setpoint is 0/10 Volts; have a look at r0751, to see if this is changing in sympathy with the output frequency. Check this also at the control card producing the 0/10Volts.
