How can make IO field goes grid shape (#####) when communication error or parameterization error or value input error?

Have CPU 314 and MP377- configured and working OK.. the question is How can make the following : IO field goes grid shape (#####) when communication error or parameterization error or value input error.... So I need to make instead of (#####) start value - for example 0 - if value going to go grid shape (#####).. tried - properties of tag - base value - start value/update IDbut that's notright for me. please any solution would do thanks

Some simple visual should work. Maybe an event could be used to show a different tag's value (like an hmi tag) on loss of comms. The box is simple and can be as big as needed to cover io fields. The event would have to be established for everything affected, or a faceplate created with that feature.

IT service Posts: 107 Rating: (0)	Hello to every one ... as I told before that problem happened because of service people inadvertency... so after some tests I found out possible causes for error which givesgrid shape(####)to counter, soI just wrote an additionalmanual/tips for those whu uses it (to test devices(metran for Diff .Press) orreset itto zero) in right sequence and so on... so I don't have to disturb well working program!!! thanks to all for participation!!!
