In One of punching Machine using 840D using PCU20, we are going to recommission 2-Axis more.

Please anyone tell me how can it possible with my requirement,

* Two Bed is there in Machine,Bed is parallally arranged,two servo motor will assign for each bed with ballscrew for forward and reverse motion.

* Double motor module is there for controlling motor,and axis have to configured as X1,X2.

* The two of the axis will respond at same time in AUTO and JOG Mode[Synchronized Axises],Means if i press X1 axis tranverse key[+/-],X1&X2 will have to move at same time,and in auto mode if i commanded like,

G0G90X1=100,the axis X1 and X2 have to move at same time and same distance.

Please anyone tell me how it possible,what are the setting have to do in parameter and PLC.??
