In your case the system bundle contains equipment required to setup a H-system CPU. Think of it as going to McDonalds and ordering a trio. You get the standard meal order, complete, but no changes allowed. From the manual proposed in Saga's link (see the attachment for an illustration): Requirements The following requirements must be met: A correctly installed and valid version of the STEP 7 basic software on your programmingdevice; see section Configuring with STEP 7 (Page 191). Any necessary hardware updates are installed. The modules required for the hardware setup available: An S7-400H automation system consisting of: – 1 UR2–H rack – 2 PS 407 10 A power supply units – 2 H–CPUs – 4 synchronization modules – 2 fiber-optic cables The same manual (Simatic High-Availabilty System S7-400H) also shows how to configure your S7-400H, program it, connect redundant and non-redundant IOs, etc...
