Problem reading 6ES7375-1LA41

EJS Posts: 29 Rating: (0)	I have a 6ES7375-1LA41 memory installed in a 6ES7308-3BU11, when a want to make a backup of the memory using S5 Prog. Adapter(6ES7798-0CA00-0XA0) in STEP5, i cant make it, appeared the screen attached I need another program to do the backup of the memory? Thanks EJS Attachment Filtro2.jpg (297 Downloads)
