i am no experience with siemens s5 135u( cpu928A),when im compare plc and program on pg(PG-m2)

the showing SB000 to SB254 not in plc,i try to transfer SB block to plc but showing memory is full,then i try to delete all blocks from plc but same problem accure cant delete,please help me how i can delete blocks and transfer program to plc,i hope some one will help me

im already transfer program to my pg.
