Thanks in advance. ==================================== Hi,PCU50 is as a PC, you can install SW winpcin into its HD,run the winpcin on pcu50 and make communication with other pc. that is a way to check com port. I did this for my customer. it works. BTW:you can shut down MM4xx and Master drives if you think they gave interference when you making back up. BR
