F_CYC_CO f-shutdown

I create simple f-program : 3 analog sensors (they are connected to f-module) - when two of them in AH or AL zone we close valve (in normal situation valve opened). I create CFC (see picture), set F_CYC_CO max_cyc=500ms (i think it is more then it is need (it is time get randomly)). And i got f-shutdowm. I know i must calculate max_cyc for my program (with rough calculation it is <500ms). Why i got this f-shutdawn (program is very simple) ? Regards, Eli Attachment F-shutdown.JPG (156 Downloads)

This may not be the cause of your problem but it should be corrected anyway to have a valid logic chain for fail safe logic. Hope this helps, David

I use S7412-3H in configuration and i run my program in PLCSIM. It is can be point of my problem ?
